This pure, Wild Thyme, raw honey has been produced in the mountains of Kullu-Manali. The Wild Thyme honey is made by the Apis Cerana Indica, also known as the Indian honey bees, from the nectar of Thyme flowers. Thyme, which is an inseparable part of the Indian kitchen, grows naturally in the wild in the valleys of Kullu-Manali, and known for anti-microbial properties. An anti-oxidant, thyme is also anti-inflammatory and aids in digestion.

Our bee hives are kept at high-altitude areas of the Kullu valley where wild flowers bloom. The nectar of wild flowers including clover and horse-chestnut trees is collected by the bees, mainly Apis Cerana Indica aka Indian bee.
