Manali Highway Condition in pics
This is the 2-km-long temporary stretch of the Chandigarh-Manali highway at Pandoh dam in Mandi. The traffic to Manali will move on this stretch till the main highway is repaired.

This is the landslide point at Jhalogi tunnel in Mandi. The landslide here in August had shut the highway for over a week. But now the traffic moves here smoothly.

This is the temporary highway at Raison in Kullu. The traffic is moving on two lanes now. This stretch was washed away by a flooded Beas river in July.

This road stretch is in 15 Mile. Here too the traffic movement has been enabled on two lanes.

This is the temporary highway at Kalath, near Manali. The traffic here moves smoothly. You may face traffic jams but they don’t last for more than few minutes.
