Chail is a small hill station situated in the Solan district of Himachal Pradesh. You can reach Chail from both Solan and Shimla. From Solan, Chail is 46 kms and from Shimla it is 44 kms. If you are coming from the Solan side then you need to take diversion at Kandaghat, which is around 15 kms from Solan on the Shimla highway. To reach Chail from Shimla, you need to first reach Kufri. From Kufri to Chail, the distance is 27 kms.
